Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and Portuguese are highly preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in school-based settings strongly preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous supervision experience with SLPAs or CFYs is a plus, but not mandatory
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in K-12th grade
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student progress and success
- Monitor and document student outcomes and compliance with IEP goals
- Participate in assessments, meetings, and professional development sessions as required
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs and CFYs if qualified
