Speech and Language Pathologist in Worcester, MA
An exciting full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support students in a school setting located in Worcester, MA. This contract role starts as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year (EOSY). The position requires a skilled professional with hands-on experience working in educational environments.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLP certification with CCC credentials
- Proven experience providing speech and language therapy services in schools
- Strong knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and educational regulations
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment for a diverse student population
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Designing and delivering individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and adapting plans as necessary
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to IEP development
