Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Demonstrated experience within pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Ability to conduct assessments, provide therapy, and maintain thorough documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support overall student success
- Maintain accurate records for progress monitoring and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input for student goal development
