Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license and DESE credentials
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (CFs not considered)
- Demonstrated recent experience in a school-based setting
- Comfortable with a full-time, 37.5 hours/week schedule
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to elementary students (grades K-4) with a variety of disabilities
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage with families to support students’ progress and carryover of strategies at home
- Work at one or more school sites within the district as needed
