Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Kent, WA

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as an SLP; Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong pediatric experience
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly desired
- Teletherapy skills and comfort with virtual platforms an asset
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool students in alignment with IEP goals
- Administer speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to promote student growth and success
- Consult and train teachers and families in strategies for supporting speech and language development
