What we’re seeking:
- Current ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility for SLPs
- Consideration also given to skilled SLPAs eager to advance their careers
- Experience or strong interest in K-12 educational settings
- Ability to work on-site, building rapport with students and school teams
- Flexibility to travel locally across school areas in Southern, Central, or Eastern Peninsula
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to student growth and individualized support
- Must be open to onsite roles only (virtual/VOCO positions not available)
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality assessment, intervention, and consultation services for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop IEP goals and monitor progress in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in proactive case management and documentation
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and family conferences
- Foster inclusivity and positive engagement for all students
