Speech Language Pathologist in Gilroy, CA

Multiple positions are open, including a rural-focused SLP role supporting TK through 8th grade students across school sites, and a preschool-focused SLP providing services to children ages 3-5 at a single location. Work closely within a tight-knit SPED department featuring three SLPs and one SLPA. Caseloads range from 35 to 45 students, offering the chance to build meaningful relationships and contribute to comprehensive therapy programs.
Skills & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California SLP license and ASHA CCCs required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Comfortable traveling between rural school sites (for rural SLP role)
- Bilingual language skills are a strong plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners
