What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to supervise SLPAs in an onsite setting
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varied student needs across different age groups and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Work with educators, parents, and support staff to provide comprehensive care
- Supervise onsite SLPAs, offering mentorship and guidance to ensure service excellence
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in the development of goals tailored to individual student needs
- Adapt therapy approaches to serve a district-wide caseload; specific assignments will be determined as the academic year progresses
