You’ll serve 2-3 schools, primarily from a central office on the west/northwest side, helping to empower young learners as they develop essential communication skills.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience (elementary and middle school preferred)
- Comfortable with workload-focused service models
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to supervise and support SLPA staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary and middle school students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
- Maintain detailed records and communication with families, staff, and administration
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Supervise 1 Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Manage travel between 2-3 campuses while based in the central office
- Enjoy one remote (work-from-home) day each week
