Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and adapt to a workload model
- Previous or current experience supervising an SLPA is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students across 2–3 schools while based at the district’s central office
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy sessions onsite
- Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster student achievement
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in line with district guidelines
- Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings
