Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in educational or school settings highly desirable
- Prior supervision of SLPAs or support staff is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable with a hybrid schedule, including at least one remote workday weekly
Role Overview:
- Provide assessment and therapy to students with communication needs in a school-based setting
- Manage a diverse workload across 2–3 schools while being based at the central office
- Employ evidence-based practices aligned with a workload model
- Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Utilize flexible scheduling options, including guaranteed remote workdays and potential for additional remote time
