Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure and ASHA CCC required
- School-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills for working across multiple campuses
- Comfortable providing guidance and supervision to an SLPA
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse educational setting
- Commitment to adhering to a workload (not just caseload) model
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students across 2-3 schools
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
- Supervise and mentor one assigned SLPA
- Complete thorough assessments, IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
- Utilize a hybrid schedule, with guaranteed flexibility for at least one remote workday per week (potential for more based on fit)
