Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a current license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience providing speech and language services in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to engage with diverse learners across K-12 grade levels
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students on your assigned K-12 caseload
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students in achieving communication goals
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and student progress
- Create engaging, age-appropriate therapy activities tailored to each student’s needs
