Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Experience working within a school-based setting preferred, but strong new graduates will also be considered.
- Knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with K-12 student needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of K-12 students, providing high-quality speech therapy services.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and collaborating with other specialists, teachers, and families.
- Document student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate, ensuring compliance with school and state requirements.
