Speech Language Pathologist in Fort Pierce, FL

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid SLP licensure for Florida, or eligibility to obtain
- School-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Strong skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech/language disorders
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to K-12 students, addressing a wide range of needs
- Conduct assessments and re-evaluations in accordance with school and state requirements
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student progress
- Offer ongoing consultation and support to teachers and staff
