What we look for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure and necessary certifications (SLP-CCC or CFY welcome)
- Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress reporting
- Comfortable providing therapy both onsite and via teletherapy
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Your role:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for a diverse school-aged population
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and generate required documentation in compliance with school and state mandates
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student growth
- Provide direct therapy sessions individually and in groups through both on-campus and virtual methods
- Attend meetings and actively contribute to IEP development
