What we look for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible state licensure and necessary certifications (SLP-CCC or CFY welcome)
  • Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress reporting
  • Comfortable providing therapy both onsite and via teletherapy
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Your role:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for a diverse school-aged population
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and generate required documentation in compliance with school and state mandates
  • Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student growth
  • Provide direct therapy sessions individually and in groups through both on-campus and virtual methods
  • Attend meetings and actively contribute to IEP development
