A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Joliet, IL. This contract position is for the current school year, requiring availability 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in meetings and provide recommendations for student services.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
