Speech Language Pathologist Job--- Jensen Beach, Florida area
Make a meaningful difference as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – CCC or CF) in a dynamic school district in the Jensen Beach, Florida area. This onsite, school-based opportunity gives you the chance to support K–12 students by addressing a wide range of speech and language needs in a collaborative and student-focused environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC or CF welcome)
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but passionate clinicians are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with diverse communication disorders across elementary through high school populations. Experience with AAC devices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families
- Solid organizational and documentation abilities to ensure compliance with state and district standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, onsite therapy services to K–12 students with varying speech and language needs
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with Texas and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the program
