Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person therapy for a caseload of approximately 30–35 preschool students
- Conduct assessments, prepare evaluation reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop tailored treatment plans to address each student’s individual speech and language goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, aides, and families to ensure cohesive support
- Provide clear documentation and track student progress, adapting approaches as needed
- Remain onsite weekly for direct services and evaluations, creating consistent presence and support
