Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Florida license in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Capability to manage caseloads of diverse size and scope
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with a range of student abilities, including low incidence populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Take part in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation
- Deliver engaging, onsite therapy sessions
- Support students with transitional and ongoing communication needs
