Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows may also be considered)
- Previous experience in school environments highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation requirements
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
- Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student growth and success
- Provide education and support to caregivers and school personnel regarding communication needs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district procedural requirements
