Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Irvine, CA

Qualifications:
- Holds or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or is a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare speech-language therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Work closely with classroom educators, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and ensure compliance with district policies
- Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and school team discussions as required
