ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract position in Indianapolis, Indiana. This opportunity is focused primarily within an elementary school setting, providing speech and language services to students while collaborating with teachers and school staff to support academic success. The selected SLP will primarily serve one elementary school site while assisting at an additional nearby campus as needed. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student communication needs.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across a variety of communication goals.
- Manage an assigned caseload of approximately 51 students.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Provide support at an additional school site when needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- Appropriate school-based credentials required, if applicable.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
- Experience in a school-based setting, including IEPs and educational collaboration, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with pediatric speech and language disorders is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Student-centered approach with a commitment to supporting communication development.
- Flexibility to provide services across multiple school locations when needed.
