Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Spencer, IN

This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) who have a passion for working in both in-person and teletherapy environments. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an accredited SLPA program
- Valid state licensure for SLP or SLPA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings
- Proficiency with conducting teletherapy sessions
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students requiring speech and language services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services one-on-one, in groups, and via teletherapy platforms
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Document progress toward individualized goals, maintaining compliance with school and state standards
- Support IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning
- Provide resources and training to staff and families as needed
