Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but consideration given to strong new graduates (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly desired
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and development of IEP goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans in alignment with IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services—both group and individual

- Document intervention outcomes and maintain compliance with district and state standards
- Provide training and resources to staff and caregivers when needed
