Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Newark, NJ

In this position, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 60–65 students, working collaboratively with educational teams to support communication and language development in pediatric populations. Your expertise will be a vital force in helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based settings
- Comfort providing services across K-12th grade, adjusting to needs at each school
- Strong organizational skills to manage a multi-site caseload
- Ability to work independently with initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Travel between assigned schools as scheduled
