Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Jersey City, NJ

Essential Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Jersey
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs and age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's developmental level and educational needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers and caregivers to reinforce strategies in the classroom and at home
