- NJ Department of Education certification
- Experience with school-based SLP services (CCC or CFY welcome)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services and support students’ communication development within the school environment
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Maintain accurate and compliant records for both direct and indirect services
