Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Oregon

- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to early childhood students within an EI program
- Collaborate with an evaluation team to assess communication needs and support eligibility determinations
- Travel between sites as needed as part of a dynamic, itinerant role
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track progress
- Provide consultation and resources to families and educators, fostering an inclusive, supportive environment
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional learning opportunities
