Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure/certification for SLP practice
- Recent experience working with school-age children preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students per individualized education plans
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, sessions, and progress reports
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings where necessary
