Elementary Kindergarten Speech Language Pathologist in Baltimore, MD

We're seeking an enthusiastic SLP with a passion for pediatric care and skill in fostering the growth of elementary, middle, and high school students. Your expertise will be valued as you assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for students, all while joining a supportive educational team.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Active Maryland professional licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC’s (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Background working with pediatric populations across various grade levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable working on-site (no virtual option available)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create evidence-based intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff
- Document progress and maintain compliance with educational regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ academic success
