School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hurricane, West Virginia

The ideal candidate will hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and bring a commitment to delivering consistent, compassionate care. Providing services to a diverse caseload, you will collaborate with staff and families, contributing to each student’s success both inside and outside the classroom.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites with excellent organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes
- Deliver therapy individually or in groups as appropriate for the caseload
- Consult and communicate regularly with educators and caregivers
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed
