School Speech Language Pathologist - Humble, TX

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students aged PreK-12
- Develop and carry out individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
