With a focus on evaluations and case management, this role primarily serves elementary and some middle-grade students. Four onsite positions are available to address both monolingual and bilingual student needs. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting desirable
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) an asset, though monolingual candidates welcome
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Ability to adapt between evaluation, therapy, and consultative roles as needed
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Provide case management and collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
- Deliver direct therapy services as needed
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Support both monolingual and bilingual student populations as appropriate
