Step into a dynamic school-based role providing speech-language services across elementary, middle, and high school settings. This contract opportunity near Humble, TX, offers the chance to make a direct impact on students’ communication growth, with positions available for fully certified SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
In this hybrid position, you’ll split your week between three days onsite and two days providing services virtually, promoting a flexible and engaging work environment. You’ll support students in developing the essential speech, language, and communication skills needed for success inside and outside the classroom.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification required (no CFs or SLPAs for these roles)
- Experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Adaptable and collaborative mindset to thrive in hybrid and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with virtual service delivery models
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments according to IEP requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver high-quality services onsite and virtually in alignment with district standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students
