Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Valid license (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Texas
- Experience or practicum in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Passion for facilitating student growth and positive outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the current SLP to manage a caseload split between multiple elementary schools
- Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy to students as per IEPs
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a variety of communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
- Contribute to an inclusive, supportive school culture for students with diverse needs
