As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow), you will work collaboratively across elementary school settings, providing essential services to students while sharing responsibilities with another dedicated SLP. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Texas licensure (SLP-CCC or eligible CF)
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and track progress for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions, adapting interventions for a variety of needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations regarding student goals and progress
- Support and share expertise with your fellow SLP in managing high caseloads efficiently and effectively
