- Previous background working in schools, especially with early childhood populations

- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism in diverse school environments
- Experience in early childhood centers is highly valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a varied caseload of elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with educators and families to support communication in the classroom
- Consult on classroom strategies and accommodations for students with diverse needs
- Engage in team meetings and participate in the development and review of IEPs
- Adapt therapy to suit both individual and group settings as necessary
