Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Horseshoe Bay, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- School-based SLP experience and comfort working with a K-12 caseload
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration
- Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy approaches is a plus
- This role is not open to SLPAs unless you can provide supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy for students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to foster optimal student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support students’ social and academic achievement through individualized and group sessions
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed
