Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Splendora, TX

Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP License required
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as those with CCCs
- Experience or genuine interest in working with junior and high school age groups preferred
- Background in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy strongly valued
- Professional organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students
- Supervise walk-in therapy students as needed
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Deliver direct therapy individually and in groups, tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Participate in all required school or district meetings and professional development
This position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours over five days each week, allowing you to make a lasting impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
