Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - San Antonio, TX

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold or be eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or be in your Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Active state licensure
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based practice
- Bilingual fluency required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology for virtual/remote opportunities
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments in accordance with district/school guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide direct therapy and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Remain current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
