School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hopkins, Minnesota

In this role, you’ll work 32 hours a week across four days, providing direct support and implementing tailored interventions to help students thrive during critical developmental years. With an immediate start and the potential to impact early childhood learners through the end of the 2026-2027 school year, you will develop relationships with children and collaborate closely with their families and other educators.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology License (SLP) required
- Professional certification (CCC) and prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Background supporting students with multiple disabilities is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide evidence-based therapy in accordance with ECSE protocols
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, occupational therapists, and other staff to support effective interventions
- Foster supportive and engaging therapy sessions, monitoring each student’s progress
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student growth
- Ensure thorough and timely documentation in line with school and state guidelines
