Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions to early childhood students, fostering communication growth and readiness for school success.
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support children with multiple disabilities.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document ongoing student progress.
- Serve as a resource to staff and parents, providing expertise on communication strategies and interventions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License and appropriate professional certification (CCC-SLP).
- Knowledge and application of best practices in SLP services for children ages birth to five.
- Prefer experience working in a school-based environment, especially supporting children with multiple disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
