Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within education teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to a diverse student population and tailor intervention accordingly
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP requirements
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state standards
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support comprehensive student care
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school-based initiatives as a valued team contributor
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices
