Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Active state license, or eligible to obtain before the start date
- Passion for supporting school-aged children and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Prior school or pediatric experience preferred, but highly motivated new graduates will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
