Speech Language Pathologist in Hollister, CA

Ideal candidates will possess an active California SLP license and have experience working in school settings within the state. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred to better serve the district’s diverse student body. As an SLP, you’ll provide direct services and conduct assessments to help students thrive and reach their fullest potential. The specific school sites and caseload assignments will be determined based on district needs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) license in California
- Prior experience as a school SLP in California
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly valued)
- Comfortable delivering assessments and direct speech/language services
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Your primary responsibilities:
- Delivering direct speech-language therapy to students as assigned
- Conducting and interpreting comprehensive student assessments
- Collaborating with school teams and families to support student IEP goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings and supporting positive educational outcomes
