Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Track record of working with pediatric populations, especially preschool
- Experience or clear interest in school-based service delivery
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate with fellow onsite SLPs, teachers, and staff to coordinate student support
- Consult with families and caregivers about progress and strategies for continued growth
- Maintain timely, accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment for young learners
