We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary-aged students in a school-based setting for the upcoming academic year. Position Details
School Year: 2026-2027
Start Date: August 2026
End Date: June 2027
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Student Population: Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Caseload: Approximately 40-45 students
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and services.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address communication needs across educational settings.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification in the state of practice.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
