Desired Background & Required Credentials:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology (SLP TX) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Strong background in school-based, pediatric, and healthcare SLP services
- Experience serving diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Day-to-Day Impact:
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to meet IEP goals for students across the K-12 spectrum
- Design interventions and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support holistic student development
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and actively contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide expert consultation and support to educational staff, ensuring effective carryover of strategies within the classroom
