Qualifications & Experience:
- Active IL SSW License required
- Background in school-based Speech Language Pathology
- Experience with both one-on-one and group therapy preferred
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and providing therapy to school-aged children
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with educators and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group formats
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as an active team member
- Consult with teachers and parents to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
