School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hillsboro, Missouri

Two openings are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC who are passionate about fostering development and making a positive impact.
One opening focuses on serving a Middle/High School, an area parochial school, and a private placement agency within the district. This engaging position includes a treatment caseload totaling approximately 4,440 minutes per month, and managing around 10 students. Responsibilities also involve conducting evaluation assessments to assist in student progress and service planning.
The second position is dedicated to the district’s Early Childhood Center (ECC) program. In this role, you’ll maintain a minimal direct treatment caseload, manage approximately 15 cases, conduct all evaluation assessments for the ECC, and provide support as needed throughout the district.
Schedule: 32.5 hours per week, August through May 2027.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in school settings (Middle/High School or ECC experience preferred)
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention strategies, and caseload management
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teams, students, and families
- Ability to maintain detailed documentation and evaluation records
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to each student’s needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and prepare assessment reports
- Manage student caseloads efficiently, ensuring compliance with timelines and regulations
- Coordinate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student outcomes
